He became head of the family by his marriage to Eunice Chapin in Granby between 1750 and 1763.
®1632(Four children were born between 1765 and 1772) He served (from Granby) as an enlisted soldier in the Sixth French and Indian War of 1755-62.
®1719He named his first son for the brother who died in that war.
®8 “He lived in Granby, Mass.; his house being about one mile south of what is now east meeting house in Granby. He was chosen one of the selectman of the town in 1771, but his early removal by death, has rendered the account we have of him particularly brief.”
