He married in 1928 and lived with wife Judith in the apartment upstairs of his parent’s duplex at 314 3rd Street South, Virginia, Minnesota. In 1930 he was a shipping clerk in a lumber yard who lived with his wife and mother-in-law at 204 1/2 First Street South, Virginia, Minnesota, which he rented for $34 per month. He drowned at 8:45 P.M. in Lake Vermillion near the Isle of Pines. He fell off the roof of an excursion boat chartered by 12 men. They had no children.

On 1 April 1930 William E. Heisel, a 37 year old widowed plumber lived in a house he owned worth $6000 in Rinrod’s [sp] District of Mountain Iron, Minnesota. He had been born in Michigan, his father in Germany and mother in Michigan. Living with him were his 64 year old widowed mother, Pauline E. Heisel, a divorced 35 year old sister Edna G. Elliott, and Hsi son, William E. Heisel, Jr., age 11.
®2921He owned Heisel Brothers Plumbing Company in Virginia, Minnesota. They lived at 414 6th, Virginia, Minnesota 55792
