®8175 On 15 April 1910 George Grant, 26, and his wife Mary, 18, lived in a house he rented on Roy’s Point Road in Bayfield, Wisconsin. They had been married less than 1 year and had no children. George was a laborer in a saw mill.
®8164 On 1 January 1920 George Grant and his family lived in a home he rented on Bayfield-Red Cliff Road in Bayfield, Wisconsin. George had emigrated from French Canada in 1905 (census error says 1915) and was a laborer in a lumber mill. George is 35, Mary 27, Lawrence 9, Eva 8, Frederick 6, Arthur, 5, and George 3 years and 9 months.
®5372 On 1 April 1930 the George Grant family lived in a home they rented for $6 a month on Second Street in Bayfield, Wisconsin. George was 45 years old, born in East Canada, and had been married for 20 years to Mary, age 37, also born in East Canada. George was a laborer for Booth Fisheries. Their children, all born in Wisconsin and living at home were Lawrence, 19, Eva, 18, Fred, 17, Arthur, 15, George, 13, Helen, 9, Anna 7, Earnest, 5 and Edward 3 years and 9 months.
