On 24 April 1891 Felius was 4 and lived with his parents, grandparents and Mary Agnes and Joseph Alex in Bathurst, New Brunsick.
®5403Philip[sic] was 19, single and lived with his parents in Washburn, Wisconsin in 1905
®8176 but had left home by 1910.
®8164 On 15 April 1910 Phillip Arseneau, 23, and his wife Catherine, 18, lived on Prentice Avenue in Ashland, Wisconsin. They had been married less than a year and Phillip worked as a laborer in a saw mill.
®9574 In 1917 Philip [sic] registered for the World War I draft and stated that he was born on 5 Dec 1886 and at that time he lived in Washburn, Wisconsin and worked for the Dupont Company (an explosives factory built outside Washburn in 1902).
®5374On 1 January 1920 Phillip Arseneau, 33, lived in a house he rented on the Bayfield-Red Cliff Road, Bayfield, Wisconsin. He was a laborer in a lumber mill and had emigrated from Canada with his parents in 1901. He lived with his wife Catherine, 29, and children Mabel, 9, Alice, 8, and Anna, 2 years and 1 month old.
®3982 On 1 April 1930 Philip [sic], a 42 year old laborer in a mill lived in a house he rented for $12 a month in Ashland, Wisconsin. He had emigrated in 1900, was a naturalized citizen and had married at age 22. His family was Catherine, 37, Mable [sic], 19, Anna, 12, Thedore, [sic], 9 and Lucille, 3. Alice (who would have been 18) no longer lived with them.
®10119 On 1 April 1940 Philip [sic] Arseneau, 56, born in French Canada, lived in Ward 2 of the City of Bayfield for whom he worked as a laborer for the City Street Department. He lived in a home he rented for $20 a month with Kathrine [sic], 49, Ann, 22, Theodore, 19, Lucille, 14, and William, 6, all born in Wisconsin. Mabel had left home.
