He was the son of Franklin and Margaret (Petite) Basina. He graduated from Bayfield High School in 1966. ®4872 ®6520He lived in Ashland, Wisconsin in 2010. ®4872 “For many years, Roger worked for the Bayfield School District as a teacher’s aide. He volunteered and handled the flag at the ABC Raceway and was also a volunteer firefighter in Red Cliff. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Ashland. He enjoyed woodworking, building things and making Native American crafts. Roger loved animals and his dogs. He also enjoyed playing baseball, hunting, fishing, fast cars and trucks. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.” ®6520
