[From Ralph Robinson, an attorney in Baltimore, Maryland, to Georgiana Bowditch in Morganton, North Carolina. He tells Georgiana she was left various items in the will of Ellen G. Porter, and asks where to send them.

The letter is typewritten, on the letterhead of "Law Offices, Bond, Robinson & Duffy, Continental Building, Calvert & Baltimore Sts., Baltimore." In the upper left are the pre-printed names "Nicholas P. Bond, Ralph Robinson, Edward Duffy, Edward P. Hill, H. Lennox Bond 3rd, Richard L. Tilghman, H. Webster Smith."]

My dear Mrs. Bowditch:

In the Last Will and Testament of Mrs. Ellen G. Porter,1 who died on Saturday, October 4th, 1913, Mrs. Porter bequeathed to you all her clothes, including her furs, her religious books, two black and gold boxes made by Mrs. Porter's mother2 and her father's3 ivory miniature, and all other books which were not otherwise disposed of by her said will.

I shall be glad to hear from you at your earliest convenience as to where we shall send these articles so bequeathed to you by Mrs. Porter's will.
