     Harley Robert Eggleston was born on 22 March 1910 in Jackson, Jackson Co., Michigan.3 He married first Ruth Louise Burlingham, daughter of Harry Lee Burlingham and Edna Brown, on 5 July 1930 in Lucas Co., Ohio.1,4 They were divorced on 6 February 1933 (filed by Ruth on 4 November 1932), in Calhoun Co., Michigan. The divorce was uncontested, and no alimony was granted.5 He married second Roba Odell on 9 October 1933 in Jackson, Jackson Co., Michigan.6 They were divorced on 21 October 1944 (filed by Roba on 8 June 1944) in Jackson Co., Michigan.7 He died on 7 May 1974 at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, at age 64.8 He was buried on 10 May 1974 at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (Sect. U, Site 1673) in Honolulu, Hawaii.9
     In his first two marriage records his occupation was listed as radio service, and radio electrician1,6, and when he registered for the World War II draft in 1940, he was working for the Frost Gear & Forge Co. in Jackson, Jackson Co., Michigan.3
     He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, enlisting on 6 November 1942, and was discharged on 5 April 1943.10

     Harold John Zitzelberger was born on 4 July 1899 in Detroit, Wayne Co., Michigan.2 He married first Dorothy M. Schulz on 12 February 1923 in Detroit, Wayne Co., Michigan.3 They were divorced on 27 November 1934 (filed by Harold on 23 May 1934) in Wayne Co., Michigan. The divorce was uncontested. There were three children, and alimony was awarded.4 He married second Ruth Louise Burlingham, daughter of Harry Lee Burlingham and Edna Brown, on 1 December 1934 in Steuben Co., Indiana.1 They were divorced sometime before 27 June 1938, when Ruth remarried.5 He married third Georgiana Schulte on 5 November 1938 in Auglaize Co., Ohio.6 He committed suicide on 1 October 1953 in Dearborn Co., Indiana, at age 54.7 He was buried on 5 October 1953 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Withamsville, Clermont Co., Ohio.7,8
     He served in the U.S. Army during World War I, enlisting on 21 March 1918, and was discharged on 6 January 1919. He served again from 27 November 1920 to 11 July 1921.9 He was with the Army Corps of Engineers in Europe, and was hospitalized with mustard gas burns and other injuries.10
     He worked many years for the Ford Motor Co., first in Detroit, then in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. He started in the factory, and later transferred to sales, eventually becoming zone manager.11,10 He moved to Lawrenceburg, Dearborn Co., Indiana, in 1943, where he acquired the Ford dealership. He also built a Sunoco service station that he later sold, then leased back. He eventually left Ford to run the local Nash dealership.10
     He owned several horses, and especially liked palominos, often riding them in local parades.10 He was a member of the American Legion, the Moose and Elks clubs, and the Chamber of Commerce, and was a second-degree Mason.10

     Lawrence Hookala was born on 4 June 1921 in Haleiwa, Hawaii.2 He married Ruth Louise Burlingham, daughter of Harry Lee Burlingham and Edna Brown.1 He died on 5 July 2005 at Kaiser Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, at age 84.3 He was buried at Mililani Memorial Park in Honolulu, Hawaii.3
     He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, enlisting on 15 July 1944.4 He and his wife Ruth are listed together in the Honolulu, Hawaii, city directories from 1974 to 1984.5
