The records below focus on deeds involving Caleb Clark Cobb, eldest son of Gideon Dyer Cobb and Modena Chittenden Clark. He was born about 1797 in Vermont, moving to Eddyville with his parents about 1800, and died in 1867.
I have endeavored to find all deeds involving him from the establishment of Caldwell Co. on 1 May 1809 through 1856, but some may have been missed or not recorded. It appears that he stopped dealing in real estate long before 1856.
