Alfred and Faith Walsh Burtis, was born in Port Chester, N.Y., July 1, 1934. She was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Besides her husband, she leaves sons, David A. Houghton Jr. of Essex, Michael A. Houghton of Homer, Alaska and Peter A. Houghton of St. Charles Ill; a daughter, Constance Houghton of Essex; a brother, Burt Burtis of Harrison, N.Y; sisters, Conna McGillicuddy of Rye, N.Y., Barbara Deegan of New Canaan and Faith Doyle of Miami; and four grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1155 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, Conn. 06109-4301. - Robinson, Wright and Weymer Funeral Home.¹
