It is not clear to me why a Chelsea Pensioner would be enumerated in Louth. Note that Mary Temple was enumated on the line before them, also a resident of East Gate, age 69 (born c1782) at Belchford, Lincolnshire, England. She was a landed Proprietor.^9,6,10
