Joseph Tuttle was born on 17 August 1762 in Hebron, Connecticut.1 He was the son of Joseph Tuttle and Mary Fuller.1 Joseph Tuttle married Ann White, daughter of Joseph White and Elizabeth Dwelly, on 5 March 1788 in Woodstock, Connecticut.1 Joseph Tuttle died on 14 July 1836 in Dummerston, Windham County, Vermont, at age 73.1
