Maria Beatrice Vittoria Giuseppina di Savoia was born on 6 December 1792 in Turin, Italy.1 She was the daughter of King Vittorio Emanuele I (of Sardinia) and Archduchess Maria Theresa (of Austria-Este).2 Maria Beatrice Vittoria Giuseppina di Savoia married Archduke Francis IV (of Austria), son of Archduke Ferdinand Charles (of Austria) and Princess Maria Beatrice Este (of Modena), at the Cathedral of Cagliari.2 Maria Beatrice Vittoria Giuseppina di Savoia died of a heart condition on 15 September 1840 at the Villa of Catajo, Battaglia, at age 47.2 She was buried in the Chiesa di San Vincenzo, Modena.1
