McCune.1 John James Holliday married Lucretia Green Foree, daughter of Peter Foree and Eliza Dawson, on 9 May 1843 in Monroe or Randolph County, Missouri.1 John James Holliday died on 18 September 1881 in St. Louis, Missouri, at age 62.1
He became the father of Nannie E. Holliday about 1848.1 John James's daughter was married at wedding of Nannie E. Holliday and James Hutchenson Wear on 4 December 1866 in St. Louis, Missouri.1 John James's father Joseph Holliday died in 1870 in Monroe County, Missouri.1
