Pilgrim Edward Tilley married Pilgrim Ann Cooper, daughter of Edmund Cooper and Mary Wyne, on 20 June 1614 in Henlow, Bedfordshire, England.1 Pilgrim Edward Tilley died between 11 January 1621 and 10 April 1621 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, New Plymouth Colony.1
