Edward Southworth was born say 1644.2 He was the son of Ensign Constant Southworth and Elizabeth Collier. Edward Southworth married Mary Pabodie, daughter of William Pabodie and Elizabeth Alden, on 16 November 1671 in Duxbury, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.2 Edward Southworth died about 1727.1
He became the father of Elizabeth Southworth in November 1672.1 Edward Southworth became the father of Thomas Southworth in 1676.1 Edward Southworth was an heir in the will of Ensign Constant Southworth dated 20 February 1678/79.2 Edward's father Ensign Constant Southworth died on 11 March 1678/79 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.3,2 Edward Southworth became the father of Benjamin Southworth in 1680.1 Edward Southworth became the father of John Southworth in 1687.1 Edward Southworth became the father of Priscilla Southworth in 1693.1 Edward's son Constant Southworth was married to Rebeckah Simmons on 10 February 1714/15.1 Edward's son Benjamin Southworth was married to Rebecca Delano on 4 August 1715.1 Edward's daughter was married at wedding of Elizabeth Southworth and Samuel Weston on 4 March 1715/16.1
