William Southworth was born about 1659.7,2,8 He was the son of Ensign Constant Southworth and Elizabeth Collier. William Southworth married first Rebecca Pabodie, daughter of William Pabodie and Elizabeth Alden, in 1680.7,2 William Southworth married second Martha Kirkland on 14 November 1705 in Saybrook.2,8 William Southworth died on 25 June 1719 in Little Compton, Newport County, Rhode Island.7,8
