Abigail Hart was born on 10 February 1754 in Hopewell, Mercer County, New Jersey.^3,1 She was the daughter of Signer John Hart Esq. and Deborah Scudder. Abigail Hart married Moses Stout, son of John Stout and Rachel Merril, on 17 March 1773.^4,1 Abigail Hart died in 1833 at Weartsville Youngs burial ground, New Jersey.¹
