Bigod Eggleston

Bigod Eggleston was baptized on 20 February 1586/87 in Settrington, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of James Eggleston and Margaret Harker.¹ Bigod Eggleston married Mrs (wife1) (?) Eggleston before 1612.¹ Bigod Eggleston married Mrs (wife2) (?) Eggleston before 1634.¹ Bigod Eggleston died on 1 September 1674 in Windsor, Connecticut, at age 87.¹
He and Bagot Eggleston were probably not the same person (see daughter Mary.)¹ As of about 1610, Bigod Eggleston lived in Norwich, Norfolk, England.¹ He became the father of James Eggleston say 1620.¹ Bigod Eggleston immigrated in 1630.¹ He was listed as requesting freeman on 19 October 1630 in Massachusetts Bay Colony.¹ He was listed a freeman on 18 May 1631 in Massachusetts Bay Colony.¹ He became the father of Samuel Eggleston say 1634.¹ Bigod Eggleston lived with Bigod Eggleston in Windsor, Connecticut.¹ He became the father of Mary Eggleston say 1636.¹ Bigod Eggleston became the father of Thomas Eggleston on 26 August 1638.¹ Bigod Eggleston became the father of Mercy Eggleston on 29 May 1641.¹ Bigod Eggleston became the father of Sarah Eggleston on 28 March 1643.¹ Bigod Eggleston became the father of Rebecca Eggleston on 8 December 1644.¹ Bigod Eggleston became the father of Abigail Eggleston on 12 June 1648.¹ Bigod Eggleston became the father of Benjamin Eggleston on 18 December 1653.¹ Bigod's daughter was married at wedding of Mary Eggleston and John Denslow on 7 June 1655 in Windsor, Connecticut.¹ Bigod's daughter Mercy Eggleston died in 1657 in Windsor, Connecticut.¹ Bigod Eggleston was listed a freeman on 21 May 1657 in Connecticut.¹ Bigod's daughter was married at wedding of Sarah Eggleston and John Pettibone on 16 February 1664.¹ Bigod's daughter was married at wedding of Abigail Eggleston and John Osborn on 14 October 1669.¹
