Gertrude was the daughter of TODO. Gertrude married first Count Frederick of Formbach, son of Count Thiemo I (Dietmar) in Schweinachgau.1 Gertrude married second Duke Ordulf of Saxony, son of Duke Bernard II of Saxony, after 1059.1 Gertrude died on 21 February 1116.1
She became the mother of Hedwig von Formbach in 1058.1 Gertrude became a widow with the death of her husband, Count Frederick of Formbach in 1059.1 Gertrude became a widow with the death of her husband, Duke Ordulf of Saxony on 28 March 1072.1 Gertrude's daughter was married at wedding of Hedwig von Formbach and Dietrich I of Alsace in 1075.1
