Mathilde de Bar-le-Duc was born about 1220 of Luxembourg.2 She was the daughter of Count Henry II of Luxemburg, Namur and Bar-le-Duc and Philippa de Dreux.1 Mathilde de Bar-le-Duc married Count Henry III "the Blond" (of Luxemburg), son of Duke Waleran IV of Monschou and Ermesinde of Namur, on 4 June 1240.1,2 Mathilde de Bar-le-Duc died on 23 November 1275.1
