Count Thomas I (of Savoy) was born on 20 March 1177 in Carbonierres, Savoy, France.1 He was the son of TODO. Count Thomas I (of Savoy) married Beatrix (Marguerite) De Geneva & Faucigny, daughter of TODO, in May 1195.1 Count Thomas I (of Savoy) died on 20 January 1233 in Aoste, Isere, France, at age 55.1
He became the father of Count Amadeo IV (of Savoy Chablais Aosta) in 1197.1 Count Thomas I (of Savoy) became the father of Beatrice (of Savoy) about 1201.1 Thomas I's daughter was married at wedding of Beatrice (of Savoy) and Count Raymond Berenger V (IV) (of Provence & Forcalquier) in December 1220 in Dez.2
