Countess Matilda (of Ringelheim) was born about 878 of Ringelheim, Goslar, Hannover, Germany.1 She was the daughter of Count Dietrich (of Saxony).3 Countess Matilda (of Ringelheim) married King Henry I (the Fowler) (of Germany), son of TODO, in 909.1,2 Countess Matilda (of Ringelheim) died on 14 May 968 of Memleben, Saxony.1
