     Jane E. Gilladett married Scott Dennison. Jane E. Gilladett is the daughter of Charles E. Gilladett Jr. and Ellen M. Park.¹

     Frank Joseph Pudney was born on 11 March 1885.² He was the son of John L. Pudney and Ellen Hogan. Frank Joseph Pudney married Bernice L. Gilladett, daughter of Charles E. Gilladett and Fannie M. Rudolph, on 23 August 1910 at Sherburne, Chenango, New York, USA.³ Frank Joseph Pudney died in November 1978 at age 93.⁴

     Blanche VanBrunt was born on 10 April 1899 at Long Branch, Monmouth, New Jersey, USA.^1,2 She married Leo Delos Gilladett, son of Charles E. Gilladett and Fannie M. Rudolph, circa 1920.¹ Blanche VanBrunt died on 19 January 1965 at Long Branch, Monmouth, New Jersey, USA, at age 65.²

     Leo VanBrunt Gilladett was born on 30 July 1920 at New York, USA.^2,1 He was the son of Leo Delos Gilladett and Blanche VanBrunt.¹ Leo VanBrunt Gilladett married Beverly Wyrick, daughter of Lloyd C. Wyrick, on 11 September 1943 at Bethany Lutheran Church, Berkeley, Alameda, California, USA.³ Leo VanBrunt Gilladett died on 23 March 2009 at Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz, California, USA, at age 88 His obituary reads Leo Van Brunt Giladett an 88 year old native of Binghamton, NY and Santa Cruz resident for over 50 years died on Mar. 23, 2009 at Dominican Rehabilitation Center of heart failure.

He held a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University with graduate studies at the Universities of Virginia & Maryland.

He was a four year veteran of World War II. He served as a tank commander under General Stilwell in Burma and later as an Ordnance officer in the Chinese Combat Command in Burma & China.

He devoted his entire engineering career to the design and development of explosive ordnance, working on bombs, shells, warheads, torpedos, land mines, naval mines, grenades, rocket motors and fuzes at NACA-Langley, the U.S. Naval Ordnance Laboratory, Martin Marietta & Lockheed. Among other munitions components he was responsible for the development of the Safe/Arm devices for our heavy naval mines, for the fuze for our heavy antitank mine, & for the fuze for the deep-penetration "Bunker Buster" bombs used in the Mid-east wars. His missile work included explosive devices & ignition elements for Polaris, Poseidon, Trident, Peacekeeper & SRAM missiles. He held a number of patents on ordnance devices & was a member of the Fuze Committee of the American Defense Preparedness Association.

He was a 50-year member of the Binghamton, NY Lodge 177, F&AM, a 32nd degree Mason and former member of the Islam Shrine Temple & Santa Cruz Shrine Club. He was also a member of the Santa Cruz Elk's #824, the SIRS & the Tau Beta Pi honorary engineering society. He enjoyed golf, billiards & the shooting sports & was a member of the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Beverly Giladett of Santa Cruz & numerous cousins.

A celebration of his life will be held on April 25, 2009 at 11:00AM, at St. Stephens Lutheran Church 2500 Soquel Ave., Santa Cruz. Contributions to the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children 2425 Stockton Blvd. Sacramento, CA. 95817or your favorite charity are preferred.

     Hesper Lucile Pudney married Erne B. Rutan.³ Hesper Lucile Pudney was born on 19 November 1917 at Sherburne, Chenango, New York, USA.^1,4,2 She was the daughter of Frank Joseph Pudney and Bernice L. Gilladett.¹ Hesper Lucile Pudney died on 6 February 2004 at age 86.⁵

     Mariece Estelle Pudney was born on 29 January 1913 at New York, USA.^1,3 She was the daughter of Frank Joseph Pudney and Bernice L. Gilladett.¹ Mariece Estelle Pudney married William Shearer Jr. on 24 June 1937.⁴ Mariece Estelle Pudney died on 19 September 1995 at Hendersonville, Henderson, North Carolina, USA, at age 82.⁵

     Earl Devere Barnes was born on 19 August 1889 at Norwich, Chenango, New York, USA.^3,1 He was the son of Ella (?) Earl Devere Barnes married Ada Marian Gilladett, daughter of Charles E. Gilladett and Fannie M. Rudolph, on 28 November 1912 at Christ Church, Sherburne, Chenango, New York, USA.^3,4,2 Earl Devere Barnes died on 12 October 1962 at Norwich, Chenango, New York, USA, at age 73.⁵

     Erne B. Rutan married Hesper Lucile Pudney, daughter of Frank Joseph Pudney and Bernice L. Gilladett.¹ Erne B. Rutan was born on 5 April 1911.¹ He died on 1 May 1998 at age 87.¹

     William Shearer Jr. married Mariece Estelle Pudney, daughter of Frank Joseph Pudney and Bernice L. Gilladett, on 24 June 1937.¹

     Sue Ann Pudney was born on 27 November 1946 at Utica, Oneida, New York, USA.¹ She was the daughter of John Gilladett Pudney and Caroline Barnard.¹ Sue Ann Pudney married John Raymond Baldwin, son of Raymond Baldwin, on 9 September 1972. Sue Ann Pudney died on 29 October 2006 at Rochester, Monroe, New York, USA, at age 59.¹
