Mr. Weston was born in the old township of Mentz, now Montezuma, June 19, 1814, and resided on a farm there until twenty-two years ago when he removed to this city. Mr. Weston was an estimable citizen, honest and upright in all his dealings with men and was universally respected. Early in life he united with the old M. E. church of Mentz and all his life was a conscientious christian. He leaves a widow and several nephews and neices.

[S30] The Auburn Bulletin, Auburn, NY, Matilda J. Miller died at her late residence 6 /2 William street Tuesday evening. The cause of death was the grip.
Matilda J. Miller was tbe widow of tbe late Elijah Miller. .She was born in Ulster County, N.Y. November 1823. She removed to this city from Victory after tbe death of her husband about 12 years ago.
She leaves five children, two sons, John Miller of Cato and Oharles Miller of this city, and three daughters Mrs. H O. Danes of Key West. Florida, Mrs. J F. Coulling of Cato and Miss MattieJ . Miller of this city with whm the deceased resided. Tbe funeral services will be held at her late home in the oWheeler Block 6f William street. Friday at 2 p.m. Rev. F. W. Palmer will officiate. The remains will be placed in tbe vault at Fort Hill.
[S1106] The Evening Auburnian, Auburn, NY, Fosterville Nov . 8.—The funeral of the late Elijah Miller of Conquest was held at the M. E. church in this place Saturday conducted by the Rev. C. J. Beech, of Cayuga, who made some very appropriate and comforting remarks suited for the sad occasion. Mr. Miller was well known in this vicinity, having passed the greater part of his life, from early childhood until within the last few years near here.
