[S30] The Auburn Bulletin, Auburn, NY, Sep 21, 1897 The many friends of Mrs. Abigail Ring, of No. 07* Van Anden street, will
be grieved to learn of her death, which occurred at the family home at 1:15 this morning. Mrs. Ring had been in failing health for some months past, and her sufferings were borne patiently and with a perfect resignation to the will of her Maker. A sad coincidence is the fact that her brother, William Flynn, died in this city on Suoday last.
The deceased was an estimable woman, whose many charitable acts made for her a host of friends, and her demise has cast a gloom over a happy home. She leaves to mourn her loss two daughters. Misses Margaret and Abigail Ring, and three sons, Matthew Ring, of Buffalo, and Edward and, William Ring, of this city. The funeral will take place Friday morning at St. Mary's church at 9:30 o'clock. Burial will be at St.
Joseph's cemeterv.

W r i g h t , attorney for t h e paries in t h is country, received a letter Saturday afternoon from t b e U n i t e d S t a t e s consul in Switzerland informing h im t hat he had won , Tne case has been an interesting one. Back in 1879 George Kellar , then a resident of t h e village of Montezuma, suicided by shooting and hanging , leaving two sons, William Kellar, who lives at Montezuma and George Kellar of Syracuse. George Kellar. the suicide, was the son of Jacob Kellar, a wea lt hy wine merchant in Switzerland, who died some time previous. Hedied intestate and his son George oecame her to a portion of his father's property which he never got. Having died before this fact came to light, his two sons, grandchildren of the elder Kellarwere entitled to their father's share.
