That's me – Adrian John Snelson - born a while ago in Liverpool. Yes, perhaps a tad more silver now. I'm the author and compiler here and "yes", that is indeed taken in Agra, at the Taj Mahal, during the 2 year period when I was working in India.
I started my career in 1964 as an Executive Officer in the UK Ministry of Defence's Royal Ordnance Factories in the field of in costing and management accounting. From 1969 I worked with International Computers Ltd in London and in Australia with CableMakers and then with Comalco Ltd in Melbourne as Corporate Systems Manager. I joined Ernst & Whinney in Sydney as a Senior Consultant, becoming Managing Partner in the Sydney Management Consulting Division in 1988. I retired in 2007 after completing my final job, a 2-year assignment in New Delhi to lead an international project as Director, to Reform the Financial Reporting System of Indian Railways. I retired from E&Y finally in 2007.
In 2001, I launched the Turramurra Community Bank Branch of Bendigo Bank and in 2011, "Get Shot Magazine" and “Get Shot Radio” followed in 2012 - I found myself streaming live round the world every Monday night at 8-00pm. I photographed many great musicians and stars, from Blondie to Bob Dylan, Jeff Beck, Lenny Kravitz, Jethro Tull, Donovan, Midnight Oil, Jimmy Barnes, Grace Jones, John Fogarty, Rufus Wainwright, Tex Perkins, Joan Armitrading, Nick Cave, Carlos Santana, Hank B. Marvin, Robert Cray, ZZ Top to BB King. Quite a ride.
