Her will was dated 20 January 1717 in Lynn, Essex Co., Massachusetts. Her husband Thomas was named executor. In her will she disposed of property left her by her father Philip Kirtland. To her daughter Hannah Elliot she left housing and land in Lynn. To her daughter Mary Jepson she left £5, to be paid by Hannah Elliot. To her grandson Nathaniel Sharman she left 10s, also to be paid by Hannah Elliot. The amount was small because he was also to receive a house and land in Boston that belonged to his grandfather Sharman. These legacies were to be paid after the death of her husband Thomas. Until then, he was to have the use of all the housing and land in Lynn.2
She had two known children, Hannah and Mary, no doubt by her first husband.2
