He and his wife Desire lived in Woodbridge, Middlesex Co., New Jersey, after their marriage.2 They moved to Little Compton, Bristol Co., Massachusetts, by 17022, then to Swansea, Bristol Co., Massachusetts, by 1705.2 They returned to Woodbridge, Middlesex Co., New Jersey, by 1713.2
On 17 March 1693 he bought two tracts of land in Woodbridge, Middlesex Co., New Jersey, from John Tailler.2 He and his wife Desire sold three tracts of land in Woodbridge, containing a total of 130 acres, to Henry Alward on 30 October 1701.2 On 9 April 1702 he sold half of a lot in Middleboro, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts, that had belonged to his father Francis, to Jacob Thompson.2 On 13 March 1704/5 he sold half of a 100-acre tract in Middleboro to Benjamin Soule.2 He sold additional land in Plymouth Co. to Benjamin Soule, a half share that he had inherited from his father Francis, on 28 May 1705.2 On 31 May 1705 he sold total of 100 acres in Middleboro to Nathaniel Bunn.2 He and Desire sold 60 acres in Woodbridge, Middlesex Co., New Jersey, to John Ayers, acknowledged on 8 November 1713 but not recorded until 31 May 1722.2
He and Desire had the following known children: Elias (b 3 April 1693), Isaac (b abt 1695), possibly Desire (b abt 1706, d 22 December 1779).3

On 26 January 1668/69 he and his wife Patience received land from Patience's father George Soule.2 On 21 November 1679 he and his brother-in-law Francis Walker were among the original buyers of Lot 32 in the Sixteen Shillings Purchase in Middleboro, New Plymouth Colony.1 On 6 February 1699/0 he and his son John sold land, formerly belonging to George Soule, to Jacob Tomson.1
He became a freeman in 1688.1

On 6 February 1699/0 he and his father John sold land, formerly belonging to George Soule, to Jacob Tomson.1 He and his wife Mary lived in Middleboro, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts, after their marriage.2 On 8 September 1711 he and his wife Mary sold land in Middleboro, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts, that had been his father's, to Thomas Drinkwater.2 He sold land to John Bates on 30 March 17172, and land in Middleboro, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts, that had belonged to his father John and uncle Francis Walker, to Jonathan Bryant on 4 October 1718.2
He and Mary moved to Killingly, New London Co. (now Windham Co.), Connecticut, about 1725/262, where he acknowledged a deed on 12 March 1725/26.2 His wife Mary was dismissed from the First Church in Middleboro to the church in Killingly, Windham Co., Connecticut, in 1727.2

On 12 January 1723 she and her huisband Josiah, along with several of her siblings, relinquished their rights in her father Alexander Kenedy's estate to her brother William.1
