Burlingham, son of Nathan Huntly Burlingham and Nancy Turner, on 12 June 1876 in Niles, Berrien Co., Michigan.1 She died on 24 March 1916 in Picnic Point, Pierce Co., Washington, at age 79 from stomach cancer.2 She was buried in Tacoma, Pierce Co., Washington.2

Lizzie is listed as Franklin's sister-in-law, and thus is probably Susan's sister. Corie and Maud are listed as daughters-in-law, but are probably actually Susan's daughters from her first marriage.5
She and Franklin moved to Washington in 1887, where they lived the rest of their lives, except for a short period of time in San Francisco, California, in 1890.6 They are listed in the 1900 and 1910 censuses in Artondale Prec., Pierce Co., Washington.3,7

Wheeler was born on 24 March 1887 in Prairieville, Barry Co., Michigan.4,2 He was married first, by Thomas Leity, Clergyman, to Jessie Geneva Kershaw, daughter of James Kershaw and Emeline Chase, on 14 May 1910 in Plainwell, Allegan Co., Michigan.1 He was married second, by Joseph C. Cook, Clergyman, to Ida M.      On 4 May 1910 he was enumerated in the census in Plainwell, Allegan Co., Michigan, living as a boarder with the widow Emeline Kershaw and her daughter Jessie, who he would marry just ten days later.8 He and Jessie were again listed with her mother in Plainwell in the 1920 census, enumerated on 13 January 1920, three weeks before Jessie's death. Living with them was a 16-year-old servant, Mada Wager.9
