She was living with her mother in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in 1920, and working as a grocery sales lady.5
She and her husband Howard lived in Ashtabula for several years after their marriage, then moved to Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, about 19306, where they are listed in the 1930 and 1940 censuses.7,8
At some point between 1946 and 1950, after her husband's death, she moved to Howard Co., Texas, and is listed there with her son Howard at the Hitchin Post Trailer Court on U.S. 80 in the 1950 census.9 By 1957 she had moved to Corpus Christi, Nueces Co., Texas,10 then to Ventura Co., California, about 1963.4
On 8 November 1977 she was seriously injured when she was hit by a South Coast Area Transit bus near her home in Oxnard, Ventura Co. She apparently stepped in front of the bus as it was pulling out from a stop.11

He moved to Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, sometime before 19221, and he and his wife Edna are listed there in the 1930 and 1940 censuses.7,8 They moved to Albuquerque, Bernalillo Co., New Mexico, in the fall of 19485,9, and are listed there in the 1950 census living at the Employee's Club on the campus of the U.S. Indian School.10
When he registered for the World War I draft in 1918 he was working as a grocery clerk at Ames Brothers in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.11 He was working as a shipping clerk in Corry, Pennsylvania, at the time of his marriage in 19221, as a produce salesman in 19307, and as a laborer at the Corry-Jamestown Mfg. Corp. in the 1940s.8,4 In the 1950 census his occupation is very faint, but appears to be "fire fighter" at the U.S. Indian School in Bernalillo Co., New Mexico.12

He and his first wife Sophia graduated together on 1 June 1909 from the American School of Osteopathy (now A. T. Still University) in Kirksville, Adair Co., Missouri, with degrees in osteopathy.6 They set up practice together in Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania,2 and are listed there in the 1910 census.7
About 1914, after his wife's death, he moved his practice to Conneaut, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, then to Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., on 1 January 1924. Although his practice was headquartered in Ashtabula, he also maintained offices in Conneaut, and in West Springfield, Pennsylvania.2
He and his second wife Lena are listed in Conneaut Twp., Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1920 census8, and in Springfield Twp., Erie Co., Pennsylvania, in the 1930 and 1940 censuses.9,10

His exact birth and death dates are unclear. His birth record says he was born 31 July 1874, while his death record says he died on that date, age seven days.1,2

According to his obituary, he was a minister working primarily in Lisbon and Salem, Columbiana Co., Ohio.2 He was living in Madison Twp., Columbiana Co., in 1900, as a lodger with the family of John and Ada Patterson3, but working as a farm laborer.3 In 1910 he was living in Akron, Summit Co., Ohio, as a boarder in the household of Charlie Menegay, and working as a book agent for the Gospel Trumpet, a religious periodical.4
In 1912 he established a boys camp in Oberlin, Lorain Co., Ohio, that he ran for five years.2 In his 1916 marriage record his occupation is listed as missionary work.1
He and his wife Adia are listed in the census in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in 1920 and 19305,6, in Austinburg Twp., Ashtabula Co., in 19407, and back in Ashtabula in 1950.8 He was working as a salesman for a grocery store in 1920, and in retail for the Larkin Co. in 1930.

She remained in Macomb after her divorce, perhaps in the same house, and is listed there with her children in the 1930 census.9 Sometime between 1935 and 1940 she moved to Galva, Henry Co., Illinois, where she lived with her daughter Jane and her family.10 She moved to the area of Pasadena, Los Angeles Co., California, in 19404, and is listed in the 1950 census as a lodger in the home of Ethel Vandhaniger in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co.11

His original birth record lists his given name as Rolla, but he filed a correction on 4 June 1948 giving it as Harry.1
He was working in mechanical drafting at the time of his marriage in 19022, and as a paper hanger in 1910.6
He was ordained as a Methodist minister about 1911, preaching in the Northeast Ohio Conference until his retirement in 1947, with twenty of those years in the Cambridge and Barnesville districts. He was pastor at the church in Williamsfield, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, from about 1939 to 1945, and in East Conneaut, Ashtabula Co., from 1945 to 1947.7
He and his wife Mary lived in several different places in Ohio over the years, probably due to his career as a minister. They were living in Kingsville Twp., Ashtabula Co., in 19106, in McConnelsville, Morgan Co., in 19208, in Streetsboro Twp., Portage Co., in 19309, in Williamsfield Twp., Ashtabula Co., in 194010, and in Rock Creek, Ashtabula Co., in 1950.11

He and his wife Sarah moved from Ohio to Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California, at some point between about 1905 and 1908, based on the birth locations of their children Elsie and Lucile, and are listed there in the 1910 census.4
They were back in Ohio by 1920, although living apart for a time, perhaps while Charles was working away from home. Sarah and their children are listed in the 1920 census in Thompson Twp., Geauga Co., living with Charles's brother Edwin Jones5, while Charles is listed about 40 miles away, living as a boarder in the household of Sidney Bush in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co. (Also living there as a boarder was Lawrence Mosher, Sarah's brother.)6 Both Charles and Sarah are listed as married.
They were back together by 1930, listed in the census in Thompson Twp., Geauga Co., and Charles's brother Edwin was then living with them.7 They are listed in Geneva, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1940 and 1950 censuses.8,9
He worked as a carpenter from at least 1901 to 19202,4,6, and was working in bridge construction in 1930.7

According to his World War I draft registration, he served three years in the militia.6
After their marriage he and his wife Antoinette lived in Geneva, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.8 They moved to Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, sometime before 19176, and are listed there in the 1920 census.9 They were back in Ohio by 1930, living in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co.10 They were Geneva, Ashtabula Co., from at least 1935 to 1950.11,12
He was a farmer at the time of his marriage, and for a few years afterward1,8, then became a truck driver for several years6,9,10, then got into the moving business.11,12,2 His obituary described him as a "well-known moving contractor" in Geneva.13

Her death certificate and cemetery records list her given name, apparently erroneously, as Corletta.3,4
She and her husband Carl are listed with their children in New Lyme Twp., Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1920 census5, and in the city of Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., in the 1930 census.6 They are listed living with their son Ernest's family in Ashtabula in 1940.7
