     Gladys Elizabeth Mosher was born on 30 December 1889 in Syracuse, Onondaga Co., New York.^1,4 She married John Nelson Boyce on 15 August 1916 at her brother W. E. Mosher's home in Oberlin, Lorain Co., Ohio.⁵ She died on 27 April 1977 at the Beechwald Nursing Home in Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, at age 87.^6,7 She was buried on 29 April 1977 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fairlawn, Summit Co., Ohio.⁷
     She moved with her parents to Oberlin, Lorain Co., Ohio, in 1900⁸, then returned to New York for college, graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, Monroe Co.⁷
     From 1912 to 1915 she lived in Clifton, Greenlee Co., Arizona, where she taught domestic science at the high school level.^9,10,11 She spent her summers either back home in Oberlin, or with her uncle and aunt Mr. & Mrs. C. H. Eggleston in Anaconda, Silver Bow Co., Montana.^10,5
     For a year or two after their marriage, she and her husband John lived in Anaconda, where he was from.^5,12 By September 1918 they had moved to Akron, Summit Co., Ohio,¹³ and they are listed there in the 1920 census.¹⁴ They lived in Lima, Allen Co., Ohio, from about 1922 to 1926¹⁵, where John worked at the East Iron and Machine Co., run by her brother Clifford Mosher.¹⁵ In 1927 they were living in Findlay, Hancock Co., Ohio.¹⁶ They moved back to Akron about 1928.¹⁷ They have not been found in the 1930 census, but they are listed in Akron in the 1940 and 1950 censuses.^18,19
     She was a member of the National Aeronautical Association, Gold Star Mothers, and the Daughters of the American Revolution.⁷

     John Nelson Boyce was born on 3 June 1882 in Triangle, Broome Co., New York.^2,3 He married Gladys Elizabeth Mosher, daughter of George Alfred Mosher and Laura Isabel Coleman, on 15 August 1916 at her brother W. E. Mosher's home in Oberlin, Lorain Co., Ohio.¹ He died on 30 January 1974 at City Hospital in Akron, Summit Co., Ohio, at age 91.³ He was buried on 2 February 1974 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fairlawn, Summit Co., Ohio.³
     He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Middlesex Co., Massachusetts, in 1909 with a mechanical engineering degree.^3,4
     For a year or two after their marriage, he and his wife Gladys lived in Anaconda, Silver Bow Co., Montana, where he was from.^1,5 By September 1918 they had moved to Akron, Summit Co., Ohio,⁶ where he was chief draftsman for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company⁶, and they are listed there in the 1920 census.⁷
     They lived in Lima, Allen Co., Ohio, from about 1922 to 1926⁸, where he worked as a mechanical engineer at the East Iron and Machine Co., run by his wife's brother Clifford Mosher.⁸ In 1927 they were living in Findlay, Hancock Co., Ohio,⁹ where he was working as a draftsman for the Differential Steel Car Company.⁹
     They moved back to Akron about 1928³, and he rejoined Goodyear, working in the technical services department. He retired in 1957.³ They have not been found in the 1930 census, but they are listed in Akron in the 1940 and 1950 censuses.^10,11
     He was a Mason, a member of Joppa Lodge 666 in Akron.³

     Marion C. Mosher was born on 6 December 1894 in Syracuse, Onondaga Co., New York.^2,1 She married Dwight Van Dorn Peabody, son of Clayton D. Peabody and Edith Herrick, on 23 December 1919 at the Congregational Church in Oberlin, Lorain Co., Ohio, with the president of Oberlin College officiating.⁴ She died on 14 September 1943 at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Stark Co., Ohio, at age 48 after suffering a stroke on 11 August.¹
     She studied at the Conservatory of Music in Oberlin, Lorain Co., Ohio,^5,6 and at the Teachers College of Music at Columbia University in New York City.⁵
     She and her husband Dwight moved often during the first few years of their marriage due to his coaching career. They started in Evansville, Vanderburgh Co., Indiana,^7,8 and they are listed there in the 1920 census.⁹ She was then working as a school teacher.⁹ They were in Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, from 1920 to 1921¹⁰, and in Elyria, Lorain Co., Ohio, from 1921 to 1924.¹⁰ Their final move together was to Canton, Stark Co., Ohio, in 1924¹⁰, where they are listed together in the 1930 and 1940 censuses.^11,12
     She was active in various musical organization in Canton, both as a pianist and as a singer.⁵

     Dwight Van Dorn Peabody was born on 26 January 1894 in Russia Twp., Lorain Co., Ohio.² He married first Marion C. Mosher, daughter of George Alfred Mosher and Laura Isabel Coleman, on 23 December 1919 at the Congregational Church in Oberlin, Lorain Co., Ohio, with the president of Oberlin College officiating.¹ He married second Catherine Olive Redman on 26 December 1951 in Lorain Co., Ohio.³ He died on 3 January 1972 in Venice, Sarasota Co., Florida, at age 77.^4,5
     He served in the military during World War I, joining the Enlisted Reserve Corps at Fairfield, Ohio, on 21 December 1917. He was discharged on 18 July 1918 to accept a commission as a 2nd lieutenant in the air service. He was stationed at Taliaferro Field, Texas, Arcadia, Florida, and Doer Field, Florida, and was discharged on 6 January 1919.⁶
     He graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, where he played football, and was on the 1916 and 1917 teams that won the Western Athletic Conference title. He later earned a master's degree from Columbia University in New York City.⁵
     He and his first wife Marion moved often during the first few years of their marriage due to his coaching career. They started in Evansville, Vanderburgh Co., Indiana,^7,8 where he was athletic director and coached football and basketball at Central High School during the 1919-20 school year^7,8, and they are listed there in the 1920 census.⁹ They were in Columbus, Ohio, from 1920 to 1921¹⁰, where he coached at South High School¹⁰, and in Elyria, Lorain Co., Ohio, from 1921 to 1924¹⁰, where he coached at Elyria High School.¹⁰ Their final move together was to Canton, Stark Co., Ohio, in 1924¹⁰, when he joined the staff at McKinley High School, serving over the years as athletic director and football, basketball, and track coach^10,5,11 until retiring in 1960.^12,5 They are listed together in Canton in the 1930 and 1940 censuses.^13,14
     He was also well-known as a football and basketball official. He helped found the Eastern Ohio Football and Basketball Officials Association in 1927, and served as its secretary for 25 years. In 1960 he was honored for his service to the organization with a testimonial dinner.^5,12
     He and his second wife Catherine moved to Sarasota Co., Florida, about 1962.¹⁵

     Sarah Mosher was born about 1848 in Ohio.^1,2 She married Robert Allcock on 9 September 1868 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.³ She died there on 12 March 1871 "in her 24th year."²
     She and her husband Robert are listed in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1870 census.⁴

     Herbert T. Mosher was born in Ohio, probably on 9 December 1849.^3,1,4,5 He married Mary Ann Berridge (license dated 22 February 1872), daughter of John Berridge, in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.⁶ He died there on 26 September 1903 at age 53⁷, and was buried on 28 September 1903 at Edgewood Cemetery (Sect. 1, Block 7, Lot 11, Grave 5) in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.⁴
     He and his wife Mary are listed with their children in Ashtabula Twp., Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1880 census, along with a hired man, William Raynolds.⁸ They are listed at 252 West St. in the city of Ashtabula in the 1900 census.³ He was working as a sailor in 1880, and house painter in 1900.
     An inquest into his death in 1903 found that he died from shock, when two pails of cold water were dumped on him while he was drunk. Saloon keepers J. S. Fuller and Herbert Button were arrested for manslaughter in the case.⁷ The outcome of the criminal case is unknown, but his probate records show that his estate was awarded $400 in the settlement of a wrongful death suit against Fuller and Button.²

     Katherine Estella Mosher was born in July 1859 in Ohio.³ She married Oliver H. Perry Hendershot on 24 June 1886 in Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.⁴ Oliver filed for divorce in April 1892 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., saying she left him on 8 February 1888, has been "wilfully absent and grossly neglectful," and was then in Ashtabula Co., Ohio. He willingly gave up custody of their daughter Florence.⁵ She died on 11 May 1943 at age 83 in Washington, D.C., at her daughter Florence's home with whom she was living.^6,7 She was buried in Ashtabula Co., Ohio.⁶
     She is listed as Estella in the 1850 census, and as Katherine/Catherine E. in later records.^8,2,9
     In the 1880 census she was enumerated with her parents in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio,, and was then working as a milliner.² In 1900, after her divorce, she and her daughter Florence were living with her father in Ashtabula.³
     She and Florence were together in Erie, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, in 1907¹⁰, and in Vermilion, Erie Co., Ohio, in 1910.¹¹ By 1916 they had moved to Vancouver, Clark Co., Washington, where they are listed in the 1916 and 1918 city directories.¹²
     Florence then moved to Washington, D.C.,¹³ while she remained in Vancouver, where she is listed in the 1920 census.¹⁴ She joined Florence in Washington by 1925¹⁵, and they are listed there together in the 1930 and 1940 censuses.^16,7

     Alfred Henry Mosher was born on 26 November 1862 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.¹ He married Anna M. Hoffman on 1 March 1886 in Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.³ He died on 27 August 1928 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, at age 65 from a stroke.¹ He was buried on 29 August 1928 at Knollwood Cemetery in Mayfield Heights, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.^1,4
     His parents Thomas and Elizabeth are listed with a son Fredk. T. Mosher, age 7, in the 1870 census, and with a son Alfred H. Mosher, age 17, in the 1880 census. No other records have been found for a son Frederick. It's assumed "Fredk" in 1870 and Alfred in 1880 are the same person.^5,2
     He and his wife Anna are listed in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, in the censuses from 1900 to 1920.^6,7,8
     He worked as a painter most of his life^2,9,7,8, but at the time of his death in 1928 he was a watchman with the Cleveland Railway Co.¹

     Robert Allcock was born about 1831 in Ohio.² He married first Sarah Ann Tenant on 18 December 1855 in Saybrook Twp., Ashtabula Co., Ohio.³ They separated about September 1861, when Robert placed a notice in the Ashtabula Weekly Telegraph saying he would no longer be responsible for her debts.⁴ He married second Elmira E. Fox on 7 December 1863 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^5,6 He married third Sarah Mosher, daughter of Thomas Anthony Mosher and Elizabeth Brown, on 9 September 1868 in Ashtabula.¹
     He is listed with his first wife Sarah in Amboy, Lee Co., Illinois, in the 1860 census⁷, and with his third wife Sarah in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1870 census.² In both censuses his occupation is listed as butcher.

     Mary Ann Berridge was born on 20 April 1856 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.² She married Herbert T. Mosher (license dated 22 February 1872), son of Thomas Anthony Mosher and Elizabeth Brown, in Ashtabula.¹ She died there on 22 February 1929 at age 72 from gangrene of the foot, caused by diabetes.² She was buried on 25 February 1929 at Edgewood Cemetery (Sect. 1, Block 7, Lot 11, Grave 4) in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^2,3
     She and her husband Herbert are listed with their children in Ashtabula Twp., Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1880 census, along with a hired man, William Raynolds.⁴ They are listed at 252 West St. in the city of Ashtabula in the 1900 census.⁵ She continued to live there after her husband's death in 1903, and is listed there in the 1910 and 1920 censuses. Her widowed sister Elizabeth Beckwith was living with her in 1920.^6,7

     Tile Mosher was born on 5 December 1872 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^3,1 He died on 5 January 1900 at Cleveland State Hospital in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, at age 27 from exhaustion.² He was buried on 7 January 1900 at Edgewood Cemetery (Sect. 1, Block 7, Lot 11, Grave 1) in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.⁴

     Sophia Elizabeth Mosher was born on 4 June 1875 (her marriage record and death certificate both say 16 June) in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^1,2,3 She married Anson C. Greenlee, son of Philemon W. Greenlee and Maria Antoinette Brydle, on 25 September 1901 in Ashtabula Co.² She died on 24 September 1913 at the home of her husband's parents in Kingsville Twp., Ashtabula Co., at age 38 from a pelvic abscess, after surgery nine months earlier.^3,4,5 She was buried on 27 September 1913 at Edgewood Cemetery (Sect. 5, Lot 78, Grave 4) in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co.^3,6
     She and her husband Anson graduated together on 1 June 1909 from the American School of Osteopathy (now A. T. Still University) in Kirksville, Adair Co., Missouri, with degrees in osteopathy.⁷ They set up practice together in Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania,⁸ and are listed there in the 1910 census.⁹

     Adia E. Mosher was born on 9 December 1877 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.³ She married William A. Bonbright, son of John F. Bonbright and Sarah Ogle, on 16 October 1916 in Ashtabula.⁴ She died on 7 April 1959 at Ashtabula General Hospital in Ashtabula at age 81.⁵
     She and her husband William are listed in the census in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in 1920 and 1930^6,7, in Austinburg Twp., Ashtabula Co., in 1940⁸, and back in Ashtabula in 1950.⁹
     She was working as a school teacher in Ashtabula at the time of her marriage in 1916⁴, as a music teacher out of her home in 1920⁶, and in retail for the Larkin Co. in 1930.⁷

     Alfred Mosher was born on 10 March 1880 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.¹ He married first Alice Kimberly, daughter of Abraham Kimberly and Elizabeth King, on 16 April 1904 in Ashtabula Co.¹ They divorced on 10 June 1925 in Painesville, Lake Co., Ohio.⁴ He married second Mary Pearl Trill, daughter of William L. Trill and Mary Olds, on 15 August 1925 in Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania.⁴ He died on 13 September 1934 at Ashtabula General Hospital in Ashtabula at age 54 from heart and kidney disease.² He was buried on 17 September 1934 at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Ashtabula.²
     He was working as a house painter and paper hanger in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, at the time of his marriage in 1904¹, and in 1910 when he and his first wife Alice were enumerated there in the census.⁵ A year or two later they moved to Kirksville, Adair Co., Missouri,⁶ where he enrolled at the American School of Osteopathy (now A. T. Still University), graduating in 1914.⁷ He set up his medical practice in Macomb, McDonough Co., Illinois, and he and Alice are listed there together in the 1920 census.⁸
     He apparently left his wife and children and moved back to Ohio sometime before 1925, when they divorced and he was remarried. Their divorce was in Painesville, Ohio, and he was living in Ashtabula according to the record of his second marriage.⁴ He had also apparently given up, or perhaps paused, his medical career, and was back to working as a painter.⁴
     After the death of his second wife Mary in Ashtabula in 1929, he moved back to Illinois, and is listed in the 1930 census living as a lodger with Lawrence W. Evans and his family in Normal, McLean Co., and he was again listed in the census as an osteopath.⁹ That apparently didn't last long though. His death certificate lists his residence as Ashtabula, and his occupation as house painter.²

     Mary Mosher was born on 28 October 1882 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^1,2 She married Harry Burdette Rasey, son of Charles Wesley Rasey and Mary Ellen Earle, on 4 July 1902 in Ashtabula Co.³ She died on 1 March 1972 at the Elm Haven Nursing Home in Elmwood, Peoria Co., Illinois, at age 89.⁴ She was buried at East Conneaut Cemetery in Conneaut, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.⁵
     She sometimes went by the nickname Mamie.³
     She was working as a school teacher at the time of her marriage in 1902.³
     She and her husband Harry lived in several different places in Ohio over the years, probably due to his career as a minister. They were living in Kingsville Twp., Ashtabula Co., in 1910⁶, in McConnelsville, Morgan Co., in 1920⁷, in Streetsboro Twp., Portage Co., in 1930⁸, in Williamsfield Twp., Ashtabula Co., in 1940⁹, and in Rock Creek, Ashtabula Co., in 1950.¹⁰
     At some point after her husband's death she moved to Elmwood, Peoria Co., Illinois, possibly to live with her son Herbert.^11,4

     Sarah Mosher was born on 28 October 1882 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.¹ She married Charles Lorenzo Jones, son of Joel D. Jones and Mary J. Miller, on 14 September 1901 in Ashtabula Co.³ She died in April 1974 in Geneva, Ashtabula Co., at age 91.^4,5 She was buried at Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson, Geauga Co., Ohio.⁶
     She and her husband Charles moved from Ohio to Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California, at some point between about 1905 and 1908, based on the birth locations of their children Elsie and Lucile, and are listed there in the 1910 census.⁷
     They were back in Ohio by 1920, although living apart for a time, perhaps while Charles was working away from home. Sarah and their children are listed in the 1920 census in Thompson Twp., Geauga Co., living with Charles's brother Edwin Jones⁸, while Charles is listed about 40 miles away, living as a boarder in the household of Sidney Bush in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co. (Also living there as a boarder was Lawrence Mosher, Sarah's brother.)⁹ Both Sarah and Charles are listed as married.
     They were back together by 1930, listed in the census in Thompson Twp., Geauga Co., and Charles's brother Edwin was then living with them.¹⁰ They are listed in Geneva, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1940 and 1950 censuses.^11,12

     Antoinette Lucille Mosher was born on 26 April 1885 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^2,1 She married first Raymond D. Woodworth, son of William Woodworth and Mary Francis Perry, on 14 October 1908 in Ashtabula Co.¹ She married second Earl A. Henry, son of Anson Henry and Sara Baxter, in 1954.^3,4 She died on 8 June 1976 in Melbourne, Brevard Co., Florida, at age 91.^5,3,6 She was buried on 14 June 1976 at Edgewood Cemetery (Sect. 18, Lot 658, Grave 8) in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^7,3
     She was a school teacher in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, from 1908 to 1911.^1,8
     After their marriage she and her first husband Raymond lived in Geneva, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.⁹ They moved to Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, sometime before 1917¹⁰, and are listed there in the 1920 census.¹¹ They were back in Ohio by 1930, living in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co.¹² They were Geneva, Ashtabula Co., from at least 1935 to 1950.^13,14
     About 1971, after the death of her second husband Henry, she moved to Brevard Co., Florida.⁶

     Sherman E. Mosher was born on 9 March 1887 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.¹ He died on 15 July 1957 at age 70.² He was buried on 20 July 1957 at Edgewood Cemetery (Sect. 16A, Veterans Lot, Grave 505) in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.²
     He graduated from high school³, and served as a Navy sailor before World War I.^4,5 He developed some form of mental illness, however, and in his World War I draft registration, dated 12 September 1918, he was listed as insane, and was living at St. Elizabeths Hospital, a federally-run psychiatric facility in Washington, D.C.⁶ He probably remained at St. Elizabeths for the rest of his life; he's listed there as a patient/inmate in the censuses from 1920 to 1950.^4,7,3,5

     Bessie Edith Mosher was born on 10 March 1890 (her birth record, a handwritten compilation, says 9 March) in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^2,3,4 She married Jay P. Woodworth, son of William Woodworth and Mary Francis Perry, on 12 September 1911 in Ashtabula Co., Ohio.² She died on 14 October 1962 at Corry Memorial Hospital in Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, at age 72 from colon cancer³, and was buried on 17 October 1962 at Pine Grove Cemetery in Corry.³
     She and her husband Jay are listed in Corry, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, in the 1920 census.⁵ She continued to live in Corry after her husband's death, and is listed there with her children in the 1930 and 1940 censuses.^6,7

     Carl Robert Mosher was born on 12 August 1891 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^3,1,4,5 He married Cortella Lucille Beckwith, daughter of Russell Beckwith and Jennie Campbell, on 20 October 1910 in Ashtabula.¹ He died on 25 September 1952 at General Hospital in Ashtabula at age 61 from rectal cancer², and was buried on 27 September 1952 at Edgewood Cemetery in Edgewood, Ashtabula Co.^2,6
     He and his wife Cortella are listed with their children in New Lyme Twp., Ashtabula Co., Ohio, in the 1920 census⁷, and in the city of Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., in the 1930 census.⁸ They are listed living with their son Ernest's family in Ashtabula in 1940.⁹
     He was a decorator, doing painting and wallpaper hanging.^7,8,9,2

     Lawrence Berridge Mosher was born on 11 February 1895 in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.³ He married Theresa Pauline Gramc, daughter of John Gramc and Rose Petrina, on 29 August 1921 in Mayville, Chautauqua Co., New York.¹ He died on 29 October 1952 at home in Ashtabula at age 57 from stomach cancer.² He was buried on 31 October 1952 at Oakdale Cemetery (Sect. 15, Lot 13) in Jefferson, Ashtabula Co., Ohio.^2,4
     He served in the U.S. Army with the American Expeditionary Forces in World War I, enlisting in Ashtabula, Ashtabula Co., Ohio, on 25 May 1918. He was sent to Camp Gordon, Georgia, as part of an Infantry Replacement Regiment, and was in the July Automatic Replacement Draft. He joined the 116th Engineers on 13 August 1918, then an Engineer Replacement Unit on 1 January 1919, and finally was transferred to Company B, 132nd Engineers, until his discharge on 14 July 1919.⁵
     He and his wife Rose lived in Ashtabula and are listed there with their children in the censuses from 1930 to 1950.^6,7,8
     He was working as a machinist in a railroad roundhouse in 1920⁹, and as a motorman at the time of his marriage in 1921.¹ He began working at the Ashtabula Corrugated Box Co. sometime before 1930, where he remained until his death in 1952.^6,7,10,8,2
