President William McKinley was born on 29 January 1843 in Niles, Ohio.¹ He was the son of William McKinley and Nancy Campbell Allison.¹ President William McKinley married Ida Saxton on 25 January 1871 at 1st Presby Church, Canton, Ohio.¹ President William McKinley died on 14 September 1901 in Buffalo, New York, at age 58.¹ He was buried in Canton, Ohio.¹
