Princess Luise Wilhelmine Friederike (of Hesse-Kassel-Rumpenheim) was born on 7 September 1817 in Kassel, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia.1 She was the daughter of William (of Hesse-Cassel) and Princess Charlotte (Louise) (of Denmark).1 Princess Luise Wilhelmine Friederike (of Hesse-Kassel-Rumpenheim) was christened on 18 September 1817 in Kassel, Hessen-Nassau, Prussia.1 She married King Christian IX (of Denmark), son of Duke Wilhelm (of Holstein-Sonderburg-Glucksburg) and Louise Caroline (of Hesse), about 1840 in Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark.1 Princess Luise Wilhelmine Friederike (of Hesse-Kassel-Rumpenheim) died on 29 September 1898 in Bernstorff Slot, Jaegersborg-Gentofte, Copenhagen, Denmark, at age 81.1 She was buried on 15 October 1898 in Roskilde Domkirke, Roskilde, Roskilde Amt, Denmark.1
