Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel)

Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) was born in 1488 of Wolfenbhuttel, Braunschweig, Germany.¹ She married Duke Magnus I (of Saxony-Lauenburg-Ratzburg) on 20 November 1509 in Wolfenbuttel, Braunschweig, Germany.¹ Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) died on 19 June 1563.¹ She was buried in Ratzeburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Prussia.¹
She became the mother of Duke Franz I (of Saxony-Lauenburg-Ratzeburg) in 1510.¹ Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) became the mother of Princess Dorothea (of Saxony-Lauenburg) on 9 July 1511.¹ Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) became the mother of Princess Katharine (of Saxony-Lauenburg) on 24 September 1513.¹ Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) became the mother of Princess Sofie (of Saxony-Lauenburg) about 1515.¹ Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) became the mother of Princess Klare (of Saxony-Lauenburg) on 13 December 1518.¹ Katharine's daughter was married at wedding of Princess Dorothea (of Saxony-Lauenburg) and King Christian III (of Denmark) on 29 October 1525 in Lauenburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Prussia.¹ Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) became the mother of Princess Ursule (of Saxony) about 1530.¹ Katharine's daughter Princess Katharine (of Saxony-Lauenburg) died on 23 September 1535 at Stockholm Castle, Nikolai, Stockholm, Sweden.¹ Princess Katharine (of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel) became a widow with the death of her husband, Duke Magnus I (of Saxony-Lauenburg-Ratzburg) on 1 August 1543.¹
