She became the mother of Mary "Polly" Hosea on 30 April 1764.4 Mercy's daughter was married at wedding of Mary "Polly" Hosea and Benjamin Damon on 15 February 1783 in Amherst, New Hampshire.4 Mercy Churchill became a widow with the death of her husband, Capt. Robert Hosea on 7 March 1821.1
