Lydia Hussey was born in Somersworth, New Hampshire.1 She was the daughter of Daniel Hussey and Bethia (?)1 Lydia Hussey married Barnabas Taber, son of Jacob Taber and Lydia Howland, on 2 February 1791 in Vassalboro, Massachusetts (now Maine).1 Lydia Hussey died on 26 May 1849 in Vassalboro, Maine.1
