Beatrice (of Savoy) was born in 1234 of Aix-En-Provence, Provence.2,1 She was the daughter of Count Raymond Berenger V (IV) (of Provence & Forcalquier) and Beatrice (of Savoy).2 Beatrice (of Savoy) married King Charles I (of Sicily), son of King Louis VIII "the Lion" (of France) and Princess Blanche (of Castile), on 31 January 1246.1 Beatrice (of Savoy) died on 23 September 1267 in Nocera, Calabria, Italy.2,1 She was buried in Roque-Pymont, France.2,1
