[S74] The Citizen Advertiser, Auburn, NY, Wiilliam H Thomas, 69, of McDonald Road, Montezuma. NY. died Friday. May 13. 1983 at Auburn Memorial Hospital after being stricken by an apparent heart attack.

Mr. Thomas lived in the Montezuma area for most of his lilfe and was a graduate of Port Byron High School. He was retired from Atlantic Richfield of Syracuse after 39 years of service. He was a principle organizer of the Montezuma Babe Ruth and active in the Port Byron Little league and 4H.

He is survived by his wife, Marv Agnes, at home: sons. William of Auburn, John of N Syracuse. Robertof Seneca Falls. Joseph of Waterloo, James of Seneca Falls, Larry of Auburn and David of Chittenango. Two daughters Mrs. Robert (Mary) Filkins of Port Byron and Mrs. Kenneth (Helen) Short of Frankfurt, Germany.
Donations may be made to either the Port Byron or Throop Ambulance Fund or Montezuma Fire Department in Mr. Thomas name.
