Mr. Bennett has been under physician care for sometime, Tuesday afternoon his condltion became critical and was rushed to the hospital Mr. Bennett has lived in Montesuma for a number of years. He retired from his lifelong work as a farmer three years ago. He came from Bedford. Pa. his birth place. He lived a long and happy life, being 78 years of age at death. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary E Bennett. The following children: Mrs Ida Gillum of Savannah. N Y Wade Bennett. Long Beach. Cal ; Kelly Bennett. Waterloo. N. Y ; Howard Bennett, Montezuma; Earl D. Bennett. Montezuma, Wilbur Bennett. Auburn; Mrs. Blanche Lynch. Cumberland, Md. and Boyd Bennett of Holden Rd Port Byron Also twenty-eight grand children and eleven great-grandchildren. Private prayer service conducted by Rev. H. G.
