    Aaron Eugene Wilson was killed by an Eastbound Limited on the Rochester, Syracuse & Eastern Electric Railway a Division of the Empire United Railways.
    The accident occurred near stop 71, about 2 miles West of Port Byron. Death was instantaneous.
    Motorman Charles Ford and Conductor Isaac Vanderdinde testified that Eugene was walking on the Westbound track and apparently stumbled and fell in the path of the car. The body was transported by the car to Coronor Andrew J. Foreman who declared death by accident.
