In fact it is his brother-in-law, Moszek Szymon Milchior, the husband of Chana Ruchla, who died in 1935. I send you a photo of the eldest daughter of Hershl, Chana Ruchla (like her aunt) called Aniusia or Hanusia; she married in 1939 or 1940 (from a letter of Rozalia) with Moszek Michel Krol born in 1912 in Kowala.
