It happened in Petrokov on November 22/ December 5 1904 at 2 o’clock midday. There appeared personally Germlik Yanklevich, worker, thirty-eight years of age and resident of the city of Petrokov, in the presence of Khaim Izraelovich, thirty-six years of age and Gerki Zigelomon, fifty-four years of age, both residents of the city of Petrokov , and presented to us a child of female gender, explaining that she was born in Petrokov on second/fifteenth of October of this year at two o-clock in the day to his lawful wife, Chaia Gendla, ne Goldshmid, thirty-two years of age at the time. The infant was given the name Fajga Golda.
