She and her husband Abraham moved from Columbiana Co., Ohio, to Greensburg Twp., Putnam Co., Ohio, shortly before 1830, where they settled on 160 acres of land.1 About 1832, when Abraham's brother James moved to Greensburg Twp., Abraham turned this land over to James, and they moved a few miles downriver, settling on another 160-acre site on the south side of the river.1
