He lived in Bovingdon, Hertford, and in Stoke Mandeville, Bucks, England.1 His will was dated 4 December 1558 in Stoke Mandeville, Bucks, England, and proved 10 October (1559?). In it he expressed his desire to be buried at Bovingdon.1

Her will was dated 26 June 1559 in Stoke Mandeville, Bucks, England, and proved 29 March 1560. In it she made bequests to her son William and three unnamed daughters. The Gould genealogy, apparently based on her will, says that she was "probably a second wife of Richard, and not the mother of his children."1
