She probably married a third time, to a man named Gray. In 1718 she was living as Mary Gray, a widow, in Salem, and in 1722 a daughter of Richard Broadway of Sagadahoc was baptized as "Broadway now Gray," but married with the surname Broadway.1 In 1718, as Mary Gray, she and her brothers Richard and Nathaniel sold 4/5 of the land in Falmouth, with their mother approving the sale.1
She and her first husband Richard had at least one child, a daughter1, and she and her second husband Richard probably had at least one child, also a daughter.1
