On 31 July 1695 he received deeded 40 acres of land in Duxbury, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts, from his father.3 He and Mary had the following known children: Christopher (bap 28 May 1699), Mary (b abt 1701), Aaron (b December 1705, d 21 January 1783), Rachel (b abt 1707, d 1 October 1797).4

He was sued by his sister Sarah's husband Adam Wright in March 1691/92 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.2
At a town meeting in Plympton, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts, on 21 February 1707/8, he was listed as being qualified to vote.2 He served in several civic offices in Plympton, including petit juror in 1709 and 1722, grand juror in 1717/18, hog reeve in 1720/21, and fence viewer in 1721/22, 1723/24, and 1725/26.2
His will was dated 2 November 1729 and proved on 5 January 1729/30, and names his wife Sarah, sons Zachariah, Benjamin, and Ebenezer, and daughter Hannah Samson.2
He and Sarah had the following known children: Zachariah (b 21 March 1694, d 3 May 1751), Hannah (b 18 March 1696/97, d 22 September 1776), Sarah (b 9 May 1699, d 19 November 1716), Deborah (b 23 April 1702, d 24 January 1724/25), Benjamin (b 5 June 1704, d 19 April 1751), Ebenezer (b 16 February 1710/11, d 17 September 1792).3

On 10 May 1748 he received a share in the division of common meadow lands in Duxbury, Plymouth Co., Massachusetts.2
He died intestate and on 25 January 1748/49 his son Isaac was named administrator of his estate. The estate was divided among the heirs on 4 September 1749.2

On 16 March 1690/91 he sold land in Middlebury, that had belonged to his grandfather Francis Cooke, to John Tomson, Jr.1 On 20 June 1717 he and his second wife Mehitable sold their rights to the estate of her father Robert Barrow to George Barrow.1
His will was dated 9 April 1723 and proved on 2 November 1724. It names his wife Mehitable, sons John, Isaac, Samuel, Moses, James, and Nathan, daughters Sarah Fuller, Mary Gifferd, Rachel Barlow, and deceased daughter Esther Pratt.1
