     Elton J. Johnson was born in March 1889 in Michigan.2 He married Fanny M. Bryant, daughter of Walter M. Bryant and Anna E. Sovacool, on 28 May 1914 in Battle Creek, Calhoun Co., Michigan.4

     Hallie May Barnes was born about 1865 in New York.1 She married William James Taylor, son of William Taylor and Amorette Wason, on 30 September 1884 in Trowbridge, Allegan Co., Michigan.1 They were divorced on 29 March 1898 in Kalamazoo Co., Michigan (filed by Hallie on 18 November 1897, charging desertion and failure to support, and not contested).2

     Arleva Hicks was born about 1861 in Miami Co., Ohio.1 She married as her second husband William James Taylor, son of William Taylor and Amorette Wason, on 7 August 1915 in Allegan, Allegan Co., Michigan.1 They may have separated (or divorced), as they are listed separately in the 1930 census, both as widowed. Arleva's death certificate, however, lists her as Arleva Taylor, married.2,3,4 She died on 27 June 1932 in Columbia Twp., Hamilton Co., Ohio.4
     She and her second husband William are listed together in Otsego, Allegan Co., Michigan, in the 1920 census.5 In the 1930 census Cade is listed as a widower living with his widowed sister Dora Johnson at 309 Morrell St. in Otsego, while Arleva is listed as a widow living with her son Meoine just four houses away, at 329 Morrell St.6,3

     Harry Sherman Sharpe was born about 1865 in England.1 He married Nina Emergene Town, daughter of Ira Clark Town and Celinda Emergene Beach, on 12 July 1910 in Bloomer Twp., Montcalm Co., Michigan.1
     He was a musician1, living in North Yakima, Yakima Co., Washington, at the time of his marriage in 1910.1
