     She graduated in 1939 from Crown Point High School.⁴ At some point after their marriage she and her husband Elmer moved from Crown Point to a dairy farm in Twin Lakes, Kenosha Co., Wisconsin,⁵ then back to Crown Point in 1961 where they lived until Elmer's death in 2008.⁴ She then moved to Schererville, Lake Co., Indiana, where she lived with her daughter Sue's family.⁴

     Edna Mae Nicholls was born on 27 April 1924 in Crown Point, Lake Co., Indiana.¹ She died on 15 August 2004 at the St. Anthony Nursing Home in Crown Point, Lake Co., Indiana, at age 80 from a heart attack.² She was buried on 19 August 2004 at Maplewood Memorial Cemetery in Crown Point, Lake Co., Indiana, and shares a grave marker with her sister Frances.^3,2,5

     Charles Edward Nicholls was born on 3 September 1925 in Crown Point, Lake Co., Indiana.¹ He married Betty Lou Vonasten, daughter of Richard C. Vonasten and Viola M.      She graduated from Hebron High School in Hebron, Porter Co., Indiana, and began working as a police department operator in Gary, Lake Co., Indiana. She later worked for several years as an EMT with Steinke Ambulance Service in Rensselaer, Jasper Co., Indiana, then was a nurse's aide for over 40 years at Jasper County Hospital in Rensselaer before retiring in 2010.¹

     Elmer Bieker was born on 15 April 1916 in Hammond, Lake Co., Indiana.² He married Hazel Elizabeth Nicholls, daughter of Edward Nicholls and Jessie Irene Allen, on 14 May 1946 in Crown Point, Lake Co., Indiana.^1,3 He died on 3 September 2008 in Crown Point, Lake Co., Indiana, at age 92.² He was buried on 6 September 2008 at St. Mary's Cemetery in Crown Point, Lake Co., Indiana.^4,2,5
