Prince Frederick Lewis (of Wales) was born on 31 January 1707 in Hanover, Germany.² He was the son of King George II (of England) and Caroline (?)¹ Prince Frederick Lewis (of Wales) married Augusta (of Saxe-Gotha-Altenberg), daughter of Frederick II (of Saxe-Gotha) and Princess Magdalene Auguste (of Anhalt), on 27 April 1736 at St. James Palace, Westminster, Middlesex, England.^2,1 Prince Frederick Lewis (of Wales) died on 31 March 1751 at Leicester House, London, England, at age 44.^2,1 He was buried on 13 April 1751 in Westminster Abby.²
