Jane Cattell was born on 22 April 1780.1 She was the daughter of James Cattell and Hope Gaskill.1 Jane Cattell married Benjamin Malmsbury, son of John Malmsbury, in 1801.1 Jane Cattell died on 29 March 1853 at age 72.1
She became the mother of Hope Malmsbury on 7 September 1804.1 Jane's father James Cattell died in 1806 in Evesham, Burlington County, New Jersey.1 Jane's daughter was married at wedding of Hope Malmsbury and James Hemingway in 1823 in Columbiana County, Ohio.1
